Exchanges and Refunds

If your choice turns out to be not quite the right size, a gift from your gran in the wrong colour or just not what you had in mind - send it back to us within a reasonable timeframe (7 days from shipping date) unused and all tags still attached, and we'll happily swap it or provide a refund or store credit (our choice). The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we cover the cost of freighting any replacement back to you. Details of the procedure for returning product is outlined in the invoice you would have received with your order.

Returns Policy

You can cancel this order within one business day after we have received it (or any time prior to receiving our shipped email for back ordered items). You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 1 week after they have been delivered to you, except custom made/decorated items. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
